Led organizational change effort for multi-year ERP implementation for Fortune 20 Health Care company, focusing on Business Intelligence Analytics and Master Data. Developed new channels and tools for the Program Analytics team to engage business users. Shifted mindset and Increased adoption of new Analytics platform for over 1,200 users, leading to improved data literacy and proficiency.
Shifted the culture and behaviors of employees and contractors to increase the security quotient at a regional utility. Led the change management effort to instill a culture of safety and implemented several technologies to secure critical systems. The effort represented a new mindset in addition to new technology and processes. Provided strategic guidance and developed communications for successful adoption of 8,000 users.
Directed the organizational design and communications efforts to consolidate support operations from 15 independent partners to a centralized Member Services division at a global library cooperative. The integration simplified delivery of support and services to 18,000 members across the Americas and EMEA. Provided orgnizational design leadership and oversaw the implementation of workforce transition, training and communications.
